Refund policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to do so.

If you decide to return or exchange, please first contact goodtimes@coopers.ie to let us know so we can help you with what to do next.

Orders can be dropped or posted back to either of our 2 locations in Sutton or Clontarf.

Please note: Your original confirmation email will be required as proof of sale in order for us to process your refund.

Refunds will be made to the card used in the transaction. Stores cannot refund orders in cash. It could take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.

Wine Tasting Event Tickets
Tickets for our tastings are non-refundable, as they are for a specific date and time. If you can’t make it, you’re very welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend — just let us know their name so we can welcome them on the night. If the event is ever cancelled or rescheduled by us, of course we’ll offer you a full refund.
